Bio

Chuck is the Chief Financial Officer at the Financial Consulate. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has earned his Masters of Business Administration from Loyola College in Maryland as well as an undergraduate degree from Virginia Tech. As the Investment Team Leader, Chuck is the day-to-day steward of the investment management programs at the Financial Consulate. In addition he provides recommendations to the Investment Committee at the firm through his continual research processes. Chuck guides the firm’s investment management according to its mission, “To help our clients meet their goals by achieving a good rate of return without inspiring a spirit of fear or greed.” A native of Pennsylvania, Chuck now lives in Baltimore, Maryland. Through his church, Chuck serves on a ministry team which provides one-on-one budget counseling to those having financial difficulties. Chuck has also served as an adjunct professor at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD.
