The Obama administration on Thursday released a new Web site, Making Home Affordable, to help people figure out whether they qualify for assistance offered under the new housing stimulus plan.

The plan calls for help in several ways, offering qualified buyers a tax credit, and refinance help for owners looking to refinance their mortgages, among other things.
