my credit card company keeps raising my minimum due to the 2009 act they raised my min 1300 and even when i cut cost dropping the life insurance on that card 1370 last month they charged me 5200 with the insurance this month they charged me 5300 without the insuranceif i remove the cost of the insurance their fee how can they then raise my payment yet another 1400

i plan on delaying my socsec benefits until i am 70 meanwhile my wife started drawing at the age of 62 i understand that i can start drawing a spousal benefit when i turn 66 my full retirement age this spousal benefit is it 50 of what she currently is drawing a reduced amount because she started at age 62 or is it 50 of what she would have been drawing at full retirement age 66 note she is currently only 65 and i will be 66 in october

i retired from education last june and elected to receive a larger monthly payment on the condition that if i were to work or substitute in education i would forfeit the monthly payment for each month i worked i worked as a substitute for three months oct - dec and have been invoiced from the state for the retirement amount i received during this time which i will pay back in the mean time i received a w-2 from the state showing i was paid how do i reflect the payment back to the state on my income tax return

i plan to spend 5000 for my dental treatment this year im 62 years old and expect to retire in 5 years i have a 401k fund with my company that earns about 3 to 4 a year which makes business sense - get a loan against my 401 k fund at 5 interest rate or withdraw the amount directly from my 401k fund
